Life is food and food is life
So far this is a good intersection of life universe and where food belongs in it. I enjoy watching Adams cooking videos, it has been one of the main sources of inspiration for me during the two years of Covid when I really started making many more home-cooked meals since I no longer go to an office. Now he has a podcast where he expound a little bit about all the things that go into the world of food. Really interesting stuff. A question for Adam; I believe he spent a short stint at the Eastman School in Rochester NY. While there, did he ever go to Nick Tahoe’s and try it’s (in)famous Garbage Plate meal?

This is a great show. Grade A, Top shelf, primo. It’s nice to get Adam Ragusea content without having to see his UGLY mugg! 😝
