Hey Adam! Loved the first episode and I have been a big fan of your YouTube channel. Your willingness to explore cooking in the context of the home has always set you apart from other cooking channels whose host don’t always discern between cooking in a professional environment versus the home. Additionally, I have loved your Monday videos and how nuanced and balance your analysis has been. Which brings me to my question, what is your take on journalism today? It seems like the need to be objective and nuanced has gone out the window. Do you think that journalists should be objective or accept that such a goal is almost impossible and one should be honest about their biases in the context of reporting?
