Very helpful resource for ADHD women
I realised I had ADHD a month before my 50th birthday which blew my mind. Finding this podcast helped me to realise its not just me, there’s a reason why I have certain behaviours and thoughts and how I can manage them. Kate is empathetic and compassionate. Listening to her share her life as an ADHD woman along side the experts she invites onto the podcast have been a much needed grounding anchor for me.

Loved this first episode and so many take aways from it. This is absolutely brilliant for anyone interested in learning about ADHD but also for anyone wanting to learn really practice tools to live their best life. I’m off to book a hotel for a night like Kate did.

I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 40’s. I see a therapist, read books and I was questioning whether I have ADHD until listening to your podcast because I can identify with so many symptoms. I can connect the dots in my career and personal life. Thank you!!!!!

Kate I’ve just discovered you and your work through the EFT route - wow! SO much info and important conversations you’re having. I have PMDD and am now in an ADHD rabbit hole, so many things I can relate to. Thanks for all you’re doing!
