Podcast is great.
I’ve been listening to the podcast for six years now and was immediately hooked. I was picking up the most beautiful skills to help me sort through my trauma and begin to heal. I joined the TAC tribe and was able to be a part of that for a minute. I unfortunately, due to certain events, had to discontinue my membership. The podcast is great, the TAC tribe is phenomenal; if you are healing or coping with any type of trauma I would be wary of the adult chair Facebook group. As the numbers have increased the space does not feel as safe as it once did. I’ve been laughed at in the group, criticized -although at this point I can tolerate this, I have boundaries and don’t have the time to waste on this when I’m intermittently coming to this group for advice in healing. I respect people and expect respect back, that may be a tall order but when it comes to Facebook I leave groups for such things. It’s simply not worth my time. So, the podcast is great and if you can join the TAC tribe wonderful! ❤️

The adult chair concept is simple enough to understand quickly and easy to apply, but very powerful and transformative. I’m using it all the time. Thank...Read full review »
