Generally this podcast has helpful conversations for people struggling with their mental health. Sometimes it veers off into territories that make me uncomfortable, including claiming you can magically manifest money (???) and wearing shoes is causing your illness. Take it with a grain of salt.

I’ve been enjoying Michelle Chalfant’s wonderful, interviews and comments on her podcast, website and also the journaling prompts that she gives in November. Mike Foster is a charlatan. He has plagiarized the work of Abraham Maslow and his hierarchy of needs and refuses to give credit where credit it due. I insist you invite him back to your show and force him to admit to this travesty. There is no way to fix the damage that has already been done, but...Read full review »
