Always authentic
I’ve been enjoying Michelle Chalfant’s wonderful, interviews and comments on her podcast, website and also the journaling prompts that she gives in November. She always seems to be upbeat and yet is honest about any issues she has about herself and how she’s dealt with those issues using her own processes. I had the chance to meet Michele personally in Nashville along time ago and I’m sure she doesn’t remember that, but it was a memorable experience for me. In my life she is a special person and is meaningful in the development of my human understandings and capabilities. I love her.

Michelle is wonderful and accessible. In a clear, coherent way, Michelle covers a range of topics that affect most people, from self esteem to narcissistic/codependent relationship dynamics. It’s insightful but also very practical and is best self help series I have come across in this format.
