Brad is teaching all the things you were supposed to be taught in school, how to not only manage anxiety but skills that can also be used to manage life. Incredibly insightful, positive person that wants the best for you. Anxiety recovery is a skill that needs to be learned, practiced, applied and eventually mastered. Understanding how your brain works will reassure you that you are not a crazy person and you don’t have an illness. Through these podcasts, coaching and YouTube videos from Brad I now understand who I am.

It is always refreshing to see people who actually suffered from anxiety and recovered. When you speak, you are speaking from personal experience against anxiety and not from a textbook. This is a life changing podcast, thank you Brad. So many tools to recover from anxiety are presented and thoroughly explained. I find this podcast super helpful and I look forward to all the content Brad has to offer including his other platforms. Easy 5 stars!
