Good fun podcast, I prefer the general chit chat over the interviews, but this segment seems to be getting shorter, we need more of it!

What a missed opportunity - disappointed to say the least - skip these 2 episodes if you’re actually interested in running, all I could hear was laughter and pooh mentioned rather too often.

The irreverent style of the guys hides true interviewing skill. Wonderfully entertaining and great company on a long run.

Insufferable with their views on trans.

Started listening to you guys after seeing you at the National running show. Fantastic podcast. I’ve listened to a bit of noncesense in my time but this noncesense tops the running podcast noncesense mountain. Keep up the good work 👍🏼

In a world where people now take running far too seriously this is fresh air . Cheers guys

Loads of banter (mostly hilarious) but with tons of great content behind it. Genuinely great interviews with a really varied set of guests - interesting/entertaining conversations and levels of insight you don’t get elsewhere.

Please run Brighton Marathon - I swore I’d never do a road marathon and would never run Brighton ( rip off! ) BUT didn’t make the London Ballot again and like yourselves eating my words. Love you guys and you’re podcast 🥰promise and I’ll even buy some merch!!

Not sure what. I think I’m only really enjoying the episodes with Allie Bailey nowaday. Maybe she should replace one of the boys 😶‍🌫️

I love this podcast because they don’t take running so seriously and have allowed me to learn so much as a beginner runner!

Just discovered this gem after searching for a podcast on 80/20 running with Matt Fitzgerald. I found what I was looking for and more! I just finished the episode with Christopher McDougall (donkeys & naughty trainers 😂) and I’ve reached official fan girl status. Love the questions, love the...Read full review »

I started this episode boarding a plane, dozed off, then woke up to Tim giving it both barrels! This podcast is in danger of promoting science and educated discord!

Another great episode and update from Mr Hellard. Thanks for the kind mention; it was indeed pretty awesome being presented with the Joss Naylor Long Distance Award by the Legend himself! Does this mean I’m now #podcastfamous ?! 😆 #FYB

Love these guys! Just like running with your best mates from across the pond. Jody and David will keep you laughing on the run as they discuss some serious, and lots of not so serious, business. The earlier episodes and the Do Badder episodes are the best. In these eppies, the hosts David and...Read full review »

Genuinely great episode, debate from both sides, interesting subject. Enjoying the separation of chat and interviews too.

One of a literal handful of go to podcasts. Hysterical podcast not taking running (or anything) too seriously!

. . . if when one of them didn’t run and the other suffered from gout, this would be the podcast released. Having stumbled upon this podcast 18 months ago, I was reminded of the time I discovered and watched, when I was was a teenager, a ‘special’ video (on VHS) that my grandmother had made with...Read full review »

What do you expect? Chaz and Dave once again proving why Britain will never win Eurovision. Lyrically terrible and the vocal range of a dented saucepan. The backing track is the only saving grace, thank God for Pato Banton. 5 stars

Listening to the Bad Boy Running Podcast is a bit like doing an ultra. You spend the entire duration wondering why you're there but shortly after you've reached the end you've decided it wasn't all that bad and are looking for the next one. In all seriousness, the array of guests...Read full review »

This podcast changed my life. I now shout at cyclists in the street and look forward to someone shouting obscenities at me when running.

I’ve finally completed the endurance event of listening to every episode in the SKT. The podcast slowly drags you in and then makes it hard to leave. It’s Hosted by people who are happy to see the funny side of their own and everyone else’s failures whilst rarely mentioning their own...Read full review »

I first listened during the ‘DryRobe Years’ and left for a while. Listened to the last three episodes and it is still brilliant. And sneaks in some proper issues as well. Keep it up gents.

Two funny blokes talking rubbish pretty much 90% of the time which is brilliant! Jody’s constant excuses of reasons why he can’t run makes me feel better when I can’t be bothered and would rather eat chocolate and binge Netflix If only they were northern I would rate 6 stars FYB!!!

Long time podcast listener to running/ endurance shows. Having been forced away from the scene for 3 years, I’m back after a total hip replacement at the ripe old age of 44.... Bad Boy is keeping me company and laughing as I put in some miles in to my new prosthesis! Thank you. Too show!!!

There are always a strong list of injuries preventing David or Jodie from running, but luckily Allie keeps the running theme alive. Great guests 👍

Listening to this podcast makes me run slower! It’s like a scab on your leg that you just keep picking, it’s painful but in a good way! It’s addictive and my go to for long runs as the waffling chat never ends.

When I need cheering up after a long day, I always love to listen to BBoys. The reggae is a bonus. Keep up the good humour and bring back Ali and more ladies to contribute to the show !

Chancers, charlatans. How on earth they get away with putting it out there is beyond me. I had to take two blood pressure tablets after listening to this rubbish. Five stars

These idiots understand that life is not perfect and therefore neither is their production quality. They also understand what and who from people want to hear about.
