Love this podcast!
This podcast is so amazing for mamas who are looking to better their physical health. As someone who had pubic bone pain during my fourth pregnancy I love how Desiree gives very simple tips and techniques to help with that! It truly it’s super refreshing to hear other woman, who have had children, talk about how important keeping our pelvic floor in check during life changes. I would totally recommend this podcast to all pregnant and postpartum mamas.

I’m a newly postpartum mom with baby #5 and Dr Desiree has given me such eye-opening information. Pelvic floor health was not even something I thought about until more recently and I’m so glad I have such a great coach to guide me through my recovery this time.

I’m 44 years old and need this so much- even though I’ve never given birth, I long for core and floor improvements, and can’t imagine ditching pads 😳, so I’m all in!
