Just listened to episode 4 about posture and am amazed by the amount of knowledge Dr. Desiree has about posture and alignment, and her clear understanding of how many ways we as moms may not be standing or sitting right. Definitely worth a listen! ~ Anna

I’m a newly postpartum mom with baby #5 and Dr Desiree has given me such eye-opening information. Pelvic floor health was not even something I thought about until more recently and I’m so glad I have such a great coach to guide me through my recovery this time.
