Very interesting podcast and content
I appreciated Dessiree’s authentically around being consistent despite whatever life brings. I enjoyed the episode on setting habits in a healthy way. The tips for creating a habit around exercise were well-needed. I heard about Atomic Habits and I am motivated to read it now as well. Great strategies and book review.

I’m so looking forward to learning more about myself and my body listening to this podcast. I seriously did not know that I could stop peeing my pants after kids. HAHA. I sneeze now and think about Desiree! I need to learn how to stop this and am so happy to have found this podcast to learn more!
