Boundaries keep us feeling safe and successful in all areas of our lives including romantic partnership, work, health and wellness, and family. We often ditch our own boundaries (attachment trauma) at a young age in order to feel loved and accepted by others, then as adults, we struggle with "people pleasing" tendencies and feelings of resentment.
