Here’s a fascinating statistic: Over 80% of people never complete their New Year resolutions. In fact, only 8% of people maintain them for the whole year.   There are many reasons why this happens, but to me, there’s one single massive mistake people make when they set their resolutions which leads to them quitting very quickly.
