Who would’ve thought that long form reporting about a massive public infrastructure project could be so enjoyable! Maybe it’s the creators’ sense of narrative, history and character, coupled with high quality audio design. It deserves a large audience.

I grew up in Boston in the ‘90s and it’s so fun listening to this and imagining everywhere they’re mentioning. Not going to lie- I would never have thought I’d care about an entire podcast series about building a highway, but this host is wonderful and makes it so dramatic and exciting
