💤 Babies sleep is such a controversial topic.
❓”Is she sleeping through yet?” Or a variation of this is the first question I get asked when I speak to friends and family.
🤔 I was beginning to wonder if I was doing it all wrong. Maybe I should give in and try a form if controlled crying, as that’s what everyone proclaims is the only way to get a baby to sleep. BUT then I found this podcast and Kerry!
🤗 It’s like having a reassuring friend tell you everything is going to be okay, as well as dropping in gems 💎 of helpful information along the way.
🙏🏻 I’m hoping that by making some of changes Kerry suggests, our family can move towards a more settled nights sleep.
