Just what I needed today.
I’ve been changing habits for months and am committed to exercise every day. For the past 2 months I have been struggling with the eating part. I know it’s a mental issue. I know journaling will probably help. I’m just having a hard time getting started. I’m going to re-listen to the journaling podcast right now. (While I’m exercising) Thank you Chris for all you do for all of us.
