“This podcast is my new favorite! I listen to the episodes more than once - some even 4 or 5 times! There are so many little nuggets of wisdom in each one that I have to replay them to get them all! In addition to the straight forward nutrition/health/diet advice, Chris always explores the nuances to losing weight that extend far beyond those things, into the mental and behavioral side of why we make the food choices we do and how emotions and habits drive much of what we choose. Chris has motivated me in a way that I have not been motivated before! I can’t recommend this podcast enough!”
