Hands down my favorite weight loss/health podcast!
Chris and I are at the same point in our health journey and I resonate with this podcast so much and look forward to every new episode. I, too, have lost almost 130 pounds in the same time frame and manner Chris has by learning through trial and error but finally found CICO and weight lifting almost 3 years ago. Chris’s way of explaining this lifestyle change and how to be successful is something that I wish I would have had when I first started. I 10/10 recommend everyone to listen, whether you are a beginner, in the middle of your journey or at maintaining your new lifestyle.
