Fresh, bold and lightly spiced - like the best Cider
I thought I was alone in a wasteland of isolated mole-people who tune into The Archers each week. I’m 35 years old and already 5 years in to this strange fandom. I thought I would be walking a lonely road for a long time. Then I found The Cider Shed and, beyond my wildest dreams, they revealed the truth to me. There are others. This podcast is essential listening for any Archers fan. Failure to do so will result in many adverse effects, the most severe of which is missing out on the sweet satisfaction of Matt, Keri (and Peter’s) delightful, humour-laden analysis. A bright light through the mysterious, dark forest of being an Archers fan.

Funny, NORMAL people slag off The Archers on a weekly basis (and occasionally get a bit sentimental, which is also adorable). Listening feels like dissecting it with your best mate - if only you knew anyone in real life who ever listened to The Archers. Which I don’t. I’m giving you 5 stars...Read full review »
