I listen to this episode about milkshake and the host interrupts the guest. I understand the host’s enthusiasm to teach but it was not smooth facilitation in a podcast.

I love the work of this team. They have a profound knowledge of product design and main pitfalls. Each episode open up new perspective helping me to know what I don’t know. I am a long time practitioner of jobs to be done and convince that the demand side first approach is the only way to...Read full review »

This podcast is a practice, as Seth Godin describes. Sometimes we take a word or its meaning for granted and waste the opportunity to understand what the person really mean in that context. The episodes help create and reinforce the habit of digging deeper and asking more questions to clarify the...Read full review »

Jobs to be done has been such a meaningful aspect of how I think about progress in any personal or professional setting, and the anecdotes and guidance on the podcast are incredibly valuable

If you want to continue to grow, make a meaningful impact and figure out how to really solve problems for consumers…this podcast is a must listen. There are experts who talk at you and there are “experts” that teach you how, Bob and Greg don’t talk at you but help you determine how to think about...Read full review »

It’s fun hearing old friends chat about things they’re passionate about. Because of who Greg and Bob are this is on another level. If you’ve never heard of JTBD pick up Competing Against Luck. Spoiler alert, I’ve paid thousands to hear Bob and Greg chat, and now you can listen and learn for free...Read full review »

Bob is incredible. I could listen to him all day. Amazing cohost Greg to help to translate the genius from Bobs brain that is just so incredible. I can’t believe they are giving this away for free. Everyone running a business should use these methodologies to really accelerate and succeed as...Read full review »

I could listen to Bob and Greg talk (debate, argue, explore, unpack, and illuminate) about any topic and it would be worth the time. But when you put them into their area of deep expertise…well…there are no two more insightful people in the world that I can think of in this space. By the way,...Read full review »

I’ve done work with these folks over the last few years and am always blown away by their insightful and pragmatic solutions to the problems I run into. This podcast is capturing their wisdom and disseminating it to the world. It’s a must-listen for me.

Great stuff. Two comments: 1) I find the opening 10 or so seconds of each episode to throw me off. I understand that it’s just previewing a section of the episode before going into the opening jingle for the podcast, but each time if I feel like I’m in the middle of an episode before I realize...Read full review »

Business podcasts usually don’t teach you how to apply concepts to what you’re specifically doing. This show gives you the language you need to actually apply the concepts. There is enough specificity in this show to make it worth the listen.

Big Bob & Greg Energy! Episode two is an excellent primer to the thinking tools you need to do better work. If you can’t work with them directly, this is the next best option. Keep it coming, guys.

Just finished listening to episode 2: The Secret Language Of "Bob-isms,” in which Bob and Greg discuss that your product isn't usually the sandwich (which you might think it is). Instead, your product is probably the mustard *inside* the sandwich of what your customer is focused on. This...Read full review »

While I worked with and learned from Bob and Greg years ago, a key part of the experience that was both enjoyable and invaluable was hearing their dialogue with each other. Why? Their relentless pursuit of clarity through curiosity and great questions. They’ve done a great job bottling this in...Read full review »

Every single time I listen to Bob’s podcasts, watch his videos, or read his book Demand Side Sales, my way of thinking is challenged. Thanks for making this podcast a reality!

A perfect listen when for that moment when you're stuck on a problem. These guys are masters at helping you reprogram your approach. Not at all helpful if you're looking for tactics or prescriptive advice, but perfect if you want mentorship on seeing things in your world differently.Read full review »

Bob and Greg have the unique touch of being incredibly informative but also, massively entertaining going back and forth with and against each other. Challenging my brain to grow more listening to these two!
