Just finished listening to episode 2: The Secret Language Of "Bob-isms,” in which Bob and Greg discuss that your product isn't usually the sandwich (which you might think it is). Instead, your product is probably the mustard *inside* the sandwich of what your customer is focused on. This analogy comes at a perfect time: I’m working with a client right now who’s still convinced their product is the sandwich, and this episode has given me language to help them think differently about how they fit into their customers’ lives. Business podcasts usually don’t teach you how to apply concepts to what you’re specifically doing. This show gives you the language you need to actually apply the concepts. There is enough specificity in this show to make it worth the listen.
