I frequently have to pause the podcast to ponder and wonder at some wonderful idea they are discussing! While the topics are always deep, the early episodes have a very serious feel, but the gals become much more light-hearted and easy to listen to in later episodes. My reason for giving only 4...Read full review »

Too many rabbit trails that are neither funny nor entertaining. I tried to listen to a few of them, but the chit chat just seemed to drag on.

I love the focus on the philosophical in this podcast. I believe Dr. Christopher Perrin said in a different podcast interview that it’s great when you explore the practical, but you need to know why you are doing what you are doing. This podcast explains the why and also talks about the...Read full review »

The topics discussed are deep and complex. But the conversation flows with clarity and patience. I am new to the concept of classical homeschooling but I feel like a definition of all the things I have been trying to accomplish is being layed out for me to put my own intentions into words. Love...Read full review »

I always listen to this podcast the minute I’m able to after it shows up in my feed. It’s one of my top favorites. I love the topics, guest speakers and especially the witty banter between Jennifer and Ashley. Their contrasting personalities and the way they bounce off each other in such a...Read full review »

I truly appreciate all the work that Jennifer and Ashley put into this podcast to help the "average" (below average?!) homeschool mom and classical tradtion seeker gain more understanding. You are just the right amount over my head to keep me thinking, considering, and reaching for more.

There is such a market for a podcast of this nature and I have appreciated many of the discussions and guests. However, I have to be honest enough to admit that, of the multitude of podcasts I listen to on a regular basis, this is not one that rises to the top because I find a lack of humility...Read full review »

I have been searching for a podcast like this for a long time. This is a great podcast for those seeking to cultivate virtue in their families through litrugy, as well as for those in the midst of educating their children classically. Both hosts are calm, smart, and well-spoken; they present...Read full review »

What a wealth of informatoin Jennifer and Ashley provide, not to mention the fact that they have done all the hard work in dissecting difficult texts and making them understandable for the lay person. I'm really grateful to have this resource and for the time and effort these ladies put in. One...Read full review »

In the first episode these women mention the need for great practical advice in a sea of wonderful philosophy - I agree!!! I'm so glad this one exists, and look forward to each new episode. I think if you are a liberal arts classical homeschooler - you won't want to miss this one.

More than once I've almost set aside Classical education. I love the ideals and philosophy; however, the practical side of me is left wanting. Jennifer and Ashley are helping me understand that practical ("What's it look like?") side of Classical homeschooling and how it does align with what I'm...Read full review »

Loved the way you broke down all the definitions, simplified and provided lots of practical down to earth examples that moms can use…especially new moms to Classical Education.
