Fantastic show
As a RN taking NP courses I greatly appreciate this podcast. I work with youth in a primary care, mental health and addictions settings so the topics are not the most related to my work, however, I am learning a lot about developing schema's and a diagnostic thinking strategy. This is helping me reflect on my current practice, and improve how I learn about new topics. It is also changing how I approach my assessment and question own assumptions during clinical work ups. Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into this show. I know it will help a lot of clinicians and ultimately improve a lot of patient care.Read full review »

This podcast is exactly what I’ve been looking for. The authors take you through a systematic differential diagnosis, teaching you solid principles of diagnostic reasoning. I’m thoroughly enjoying these and hope you continue to make many many more!

Plus, they inject way too much lefty hype into their show themes. I came to gain clinical knowledge, not to hear a...Read full review »
