Having used the indoor rower for many years and completed a lot of the concept 2 challenges, I was intrigued to have a go using the podcast. I have found it to be a revelation, and the different workouts and training types as well as the constant coaching, encouragement and technique pointers from Kady these have been an amazing addition to my workout routine. I know I have improved my technique, and have completed many more metres than I otherwise would have using my old ways! I am gradually working my way through them and will eventually catch up, then start again! Thank you Concept2 team!!!
