Do you sometimes wish you were somewhere else? Do you find the present moment boring, annoying, unfulfilling? Do you keep on postponing what you should be doing today, thinking you’ll do it tomorrow? In this episode, I share with you how I have been managing my move from London to Dubai. It has been interesting navigating such a different chapter in my life and I’ve found it very important to remain grounded. It is easy for us to feel uprooted when our external world changes. Yet, it is even more important to feel centered regardless of what is happening outside of us. In order to keep moving forward and not fall back into our old patterns, we must choose to keep evolving and applying the lessons we have learned along the way.  I want to encourage you all to do the things that light you up more often and to no longer let the past keep you from following your mission on this planet Earth.
