Welcome to a brand-new season of the Cosmic Channel! In this first episode, I share with you a glimpse of what is yet to come this year. There will be so many new exciting interviews and different topics to help increase your awareness on topics of spirituality, health, yoga, and life in general! These episodes are to transport you out of the hustle & bustle of daily life into a more sacred space within yourself. Unscripted, I wanted to have a heart-to-heart conversation and speak from a place of presence, intuition and trust. As someone who long mistrusted myself, my path and intuition, I have found that nothing hurts you more than to walk a path that is not yours or does not feel right. Nothing hurts more than feeling stuck or fearful of what would happen if you were to take a leap of faith.   I am hoping this space can be a place of refuge, of retreat, and of remembrance. A space of connection, compassion, curiosity and care. A space where we can walk each other home and remember our own divinity. I look forward to this new year together!
