Description
In life, one is really lucky to have a friend, yet alone a best friend and sister who is interested in the same topics as you. Tamara is that person to me. We may be different in some way, but we are alike in many others. Friends for the last 25 years, I feel so grateful to have recorded this episode with her. When it comes to healing the root cause of illnesses, Tamara herself knows first-hand how important it is to make not only dietary changes but lifestyle changes too. Perhaps one of her biggest changes and surprises on her way to healing, was finding faith along the way. She went from being someone who did not believe good things could happen to her, to someone who healed from both mercury poisoning and PCOS. In this episode, Tamara openly shares her journey with both chronic illnesses and how she was able to heal from them both. We also discuss how us human beings are actually the most adaptable and with the right ingredients, we can overcome any challenge. We share with you some tips on how to begin listening to your body and how to reclaim your worth. Perhaps most importantly, we discuss how believing healing is possible in the first place is the most significant factor when it comes to thriving in all areas of your life.   mariaamiouni.com @maria.amiouni @thecosmicchannel @thetalkingbirdy @tamaraqaddoumi --- Produced By sonorouslab.com
