“I used to listen to every single episode (sometimes multiple times - as the hyponatremia one with Dr Toefl) and even went to the live episode at the 2019 ACP meeting. Love the OG hosts, they are so much fun! Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the new hosts and they annoy me so much every time (rarely) I listen to an episode. They are just not fun at all (sorry) and have a bit of a condescending tone. Also, lots of adds and content for early learners (students?). Unfollowing for now but will forever love the early episodes.”

“I’d have always lamented the lack of decent internal medicine podcasts and always envied our ER colleagues.
