“The IM podcast” episodes are gold, but…
I’ve been a diehard fan of this podcast, listening to it pre and now post-residency to delve deep on important topics, get caught up latest guidelines, and enjoy a hearty dose of med-nerd humor. Unfortunately, the newer hosts drive me absolutely crazy with the “Um” and “like” and tone of voice that makes them seem perpetually blasé. The guests are still pretty stellar and the content still relevant. However, the intros, interview questions, and commentary have lost their shine. Unfollowing this one for now, but I’ll continue to repeat those earlier episodes for some spaced repetition! I recommend the ones with Hannah, Stuart, Paul, Cyrus, and the ChuMan or any with my favorite guest star Dr. Topf.
