Curbsiders: Saving Lives
Hello Curbsiders-- I wanted to thank you for being instrumental in landing a diagnosis in not just ONE but TWO cases of DRESS in my Internal Medicine Residency department this month. Both patients had been evaluated in outside systems without a proper diagnosis, and after hearing the Random Clinical Pearls #2 episode, some lowly interns put together the pieces, stopped the offending agents, and both patients are improving significantly.
