I especially like the way that Matt allows space for the interviewees to outline their thoughts
Suggestions Number One: Background Information
I think most listeners would benefit from a two or three minute background introduction into a topic before an interview begins.
For example when there was the 18 minute interview of Alexa McDonough , I would recommend beginning with about a three minute background feature and reducing the interview by three minutes
Suggestion Number Two : Different Views
I generally find it richer when different views are presented. Having two interviewees on the same subject with different perspectives can help provide for this
