“I listen to The Daily almost daily - it is one of my favorite podcasts. But I was particularly disappointed by Tuesday’s report on France. I found it very one-sided, only reporting from the point of view of the yellow vests - who do have legitimate concerns, but it completely failed to mention the reforms Macron is trying to make and why and also neglected to mention the incredible social security benefits every French citizen is entitled to - employed or not. This is something the average American listening to the podcast is not even aware of.”
