“Used to love this podcast. Got me thru the start of the pandemic. Also I read his memoir. Then the accounts of those that worked for him and were victims to his abuse just got to me. He is still too egotistical always takes down things he doesn’t like. He trashed catering as a food service job (like most restaurant chefs do). But when he tries to be this warrior for good food and trashes so much that maybe he hasn’t had a good experience with he is nothing more than a glorified Yelp reviewer. I will no longer listen to anything from him. Also Chris is awesome and Dave treats him like crap recently, even though Chris carried him through the pandemic.”
