In my 50th episode, I talk about how metabolic fitness is important and how it is linked to the majority of patients brought into emergency departments everyday. These can be prevented if only everyone follows the right nutrition. A huge burden on health can be reduced if people reverse their conditions which is not going to take place by popping medicines.
