Brutal honesty
Came across this recent episode with Arghavan Salles and it's amazing. She talks about the not-so-glamorous aspects of a medical career particularly through a DEI lens, and it's not until I heard this that I realized how uncommon these conversations happen. She's right, medical culture tends to shy away from talking about the negative parts of the job. I'm glad she's shining a light on it.Read full review »
