I was blown away by the episode with Wes Ely. Over the course of an hour, he shares stories that brought me to tears several times. He talks about his approach to patient care as a "burnout solution" and as a resident, I couldn't agree more. Great mix of stories and actual advice. The hosts Henry and Tyler do an amazing job of balancing both aspects. They always start with the personal story, and end with practical takeaways, not only for doctors but also patients.
