Thank you
Hi Dr Gundry, For the first time in my life I can say i lost weight. Since started your program om Dec 1 2018 I have lost 35 LBS (235 to 195 as of today) and feel better. I had a three month follow up with my doc and was quite upset when i obtained my blood results. I have a history of low HDL and high CRP (even though overall my cholesterol is fine) and my HSCRP went from 6 to 18 and my HDL did no get improved. Please advise what i could be doing wrong. The whole idea of me starting the program was to reduce CRP and i am now so confused. How do i continue to heal this inflamation. I have been fully compliant for three months and my inflamation has increased! Best Regards, Bruno.

Ms
I enjoy Dr. Gundry's fresh approach to HEALTH as opposed to controlling symptoms with drugs. Thanks. Because I have already watched a few of the videos, most of the introductory video was a repeat. Looking forward to the content, tips, and answers he presents now every week.Read full review »
