Awesome Production Value
I could go on and on about how awesome Norm, the host, is or about how much I like the fiction they feature, but what really makes the Drabblecast stand out is the amazing production value of the podcasts. The audio quality is uniformly high, and Norm manages to use sound effects in a way that is not only unobtrusive, but that actually enhances the listening experience. The stories are great, and they're also pretty wierd, but even if that doesn't immediately strike you as something you'd enjoy, I recommend listening to one or two episodes because it really is a great podcast. Each episode is also relatively short, usually running 20 to 30 minutes, so it wouldn't be a huge time investment. If you're into fiction podcasts at all, definitely check this one out (that is, unless you like listening to a lot of low-quality podcasts and don't want to know how much better it could be).Read full review »

More weird stories please! I love this podcast. The stories are just plain strange, and Norm's style makes it all the more freaky! Highly recommended to those who like short fiction that can give you the heebee geebees.Read full review »
