Greatly helpful, thank you so much for sharing. This is spot on for me. And good to know it us not ‘me’, we are many that have the same traits as emotionally sensitiv.

Between the host’s soft and gentle voice, and the reverberating echo, it requires too much concentration to listen to. Unsubscirbing.

Just went for a walk because I was so down. - No idea why. Plugged in your podcast and am really understanding and identifying with a lot of what you’ve sad in the first 3 episodes! I think I figured out why I’m so down, my life emotionally is a mess and the “therapy” I’ve been getting for...Read full review »

On your recent podcast about perfectionism...wow I really relate. My whole existence since a child has been analyzing every second and adjusting my reactions and likes so that I project perfection. I have always been obsessed with being the coolest and at the same time the most nonchalant about...Read full review »

It’s true that audio is not the best but the topics are great. It’s as if I’m sitting in on a therapy session. I learn so much and feel such an ease when listening. I’m learning about myself and I feel like I’m growing a lot emotionally by listening and reflecting on the different podcasts...Read full review »

I am enjoying this podcast a lot. The information is helpful and interesting. Even her voice is soothing, a plus for sensitive people. Highly recommend. My newer phone has made hearing her easier when the audio is a problem.

I enjoyed listening to this. I was just diagnosed and have been struggling to learn more about myself and Bpd. Listening to this was like listening to a book written about me. I look forward to listening to more.

I’m ptsd-c, DID, BPD, chronic depression and more. She’s saying a lot of things that are ironically “hard for me to hear” but it comes from a place of compassion and care. I need this. Dr Karyn please keep going. I found you through an invalidation article in the middle of a splitting episode...Read full review »

I want to be able to listen to her but the audio sounds like she is recording in a bathroom. She speaks soft and sometimes quick whoch makes hearing even worse. Once podcast is over, because i turn up volume to hear her, the annoying music she chose blasts my eardrums. Definitely not a podcast...Read full review »

The audio I think is supposed to change, it keeps your attention and makes you focus on her soothing voice. I like it.

Such a shame that the audio is so poor. Extremely difficult to listen to what otherwise might be an informative lesson.

Loved the content but difficult to listen to. Speaker is soft spoken, and there’s an echo and sound fades in and out so I missed pieces of the dialogue.

Info is great...when you can hear it. Please fix audio problem.

The first episode I heard was a beautiful description of Borderline Personality, which is so often seen as a monstrous diagnosis in the treatment of mental health, and is dreaded by many mental health professionals. Her empathetic and genuine way of breaking this down to digestible terms is what...Read full review »

As a survivor of childhood trauma and abuse, diagnosed with C-PTSD and an Enneagram type 4.... this podcast is beyond helpful. When I find my feelings overwhelming I can plug into on of the topics to help me remember what I know to be true and helpful.

I really want to like this podcast but I've stopped listening after a few due to the fact that it's frustrating that I can't make out all of what she's saying all the time.
