Erica has been part of The Employer Brand Shop team full time since June 2021 and, as the Employer Brand Content Manager, she has been instrumental at improving and expanding on all of the employer brand content creation services we offer. With a background in journalism and communications, she has a passion for finding and telling interesting stories.
