“I recently attended a conference where Lisa presented and at the end of one of her sessions she asked, "who here hasn't listened to my podcast yet?" I owned up and raised my hand but not many other people did. Honestly, I had never listened to a podcast before. I didn't even know I had an app right on my phone to do it! I downloaded her podcast right in the conference and listened to 5 episodes on my way home. I have to say, I haven't stopped listening for 4 days! Anytime I have a minute of twenty, I'm turning it on and listening. I think I've listened to 30 episodes so far. My morning drives used to be full of morning show drivel and commercials but now I'm being constantly inpired and reminded of great habits I can instill in my life. For the last four days I've been more conscious of my thoughts, words and actions and as a result I'm finding I'm happier, more productive and just more pleasant to be around. Right after this review I'm searching the podcast webpage for the free Audible book offer and I'm going to try and find SNAC Cards for my picky eater kids.
