Impressive feat - with something for everyone
Wow!! So glad I gave this a chance, because this podcast has now skyrocketed to the top of my list! It has something for everyone - true crime, politics, investigative reporting, history, etc etc. The team behind Empty Grave captures both first-hand accounts of and modern societal reflections on historical events in a way I've never heard on a podcast before - the richness of the reporting is refreshingly impressive. I'd expect in-depth reporting from a giant like Washington Post, but to also get to hear a host explore her family and community's experiences makes this truly unique. Can't wait for the rest of the season!Read full review »

Incredibly engaging and suspenseful storytelling. Very thankful to Martine and team for the facts, voices and history they have shared here about Grenada's revolutionary legacy, and a painful mystery which still shrouds the island today. More please!Read full review »

What can I say, Martine is a great journalist, I enjoy following this path with her and learning about places not often considered. It could be improved in terms of audio production (see TAL or Serial season 1), but that is really a matter of taste.
