Dr. Peter Francis joins the podcast to discuss his recently released a book called Running from injury on Amazon. His book reminds runners to never give up, and is an entirely self-funded labour of love that mixes the experience of the runner with the academic and the professional. Four years ago Peter set up a blog called 'Running from Injury'. Running from Injury was designed to share information that would help more runners have fewer injuries.

Just four weeks after the birth of his first child, Marc Julien's world was turned upside down. He was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in his neck and tonsils.
