Great New Addition to Health Podcasts
I just listened to all 3 initial podcasts. I feel this will be a good addition to the other health podcasts I listen to. The guests go into detail about the science behind their research and recommendations. It may go over the head of people who are new to a lot of these concepts, but I appreciate knowing the cellular mechanisms at work.

I really enjoyed this programme. Hoever, Ari, I'm confused about the correct diet.. As the books you have written say it's ok to eat carbs and Dr Myhill suggests eating a paleo/ketogenic diet. What do you suggest? Best regards RohanRead full review »
