Just The Right Balance
I used to love listening to any old actual play podcast, but over time got used to a certain quality of entertainment rather than just hearing some group play. Recently I've only been listening to the One Shot and Campaign podcasts, largely because they are often hilarious as much as anything to do with gaming, but with the Esoteric Order I've found a show that manages to be entertaining and interesting without having a cast made up almost entirely of improv comedians. I have only listened to the Monster Hearts play-through so far so I can only comment on that game. Unlike a lot of actual play podcasts, this gives you the feel of actually being at the table.
