As a nurse I have been a listening to the podcast since 2019. I learn something new every time. The topics are vast, in depth, and so well done. The juxtaposition of science and compassion really makes your discussions meaningful. Thank you!

I though these were well developed and easy to listen to for mental health clinicians. I recommend these to my residents. As a side note- if you look at the reviews, it’s pretty much 5 star or 1 star. I would take the 1 star reviews with a grain of salt.

Interesting to hear how an intelligent person can be so biased. Clearly not an open minded, nor critical thinker. Disappointing interview.

Spice is indeed nasty but should have been noted that it is unrelated to real cannabis. It would not exist in a post prohibition world.

Old, usually white men with alleged 'PhDs' pushing big pharma drugs for mental illness, i.e. Paxil, Zoloft. Academic discussions that would be more in place in the 1920s . Extremely #right wing, #anti-BLM, #anti-weed #anti-minority #pro-whiteprivilegeRead full review »

Episodes in Medicinal Marijuana are negative. "Old style" of critical thinking and scientific reasoning. Like a strict parent.Read full review »

I completely agree with the last review. His somber concerned tone and casting of aspersions was completely ridiculous...I will not listen again.

I am writing this review in response to the podcast episode called SPICE AND KRATOM, in which Dr. Robert Moran and the host hypes Kratom as a dangerous and deadly "drug". Notice one thing missing from their argument against Kratom- FACTS. I dare you to find ONE deadly overdose caused by...Read full review »

I just listened to episode 131 and it sounded like the same info given in "Reefer Madness". The physician interviewed had an obvious politial motivation and the interviewer didn't challege any of the doctors weak and misinformed argument. If you are truely trying to inform a population you need...Read full review »

This is probably my favorite podcast because it manages to cover each topic intellectually without going over the heads of those of us who didn't major in psych. At the same time, it doesn't sensationalize or water down the material. The host asks intriguing questions of the guests who...Read full review »
