Doctors who think they are your Fathers
I am writing this review in response to the podcast episode called SPICE AND KRATOM, in which Dr. Robert Moran and the host hypes Kratom as a dangerous and deadly "drug". Notice one thing missing from their argument against Kratom- FACTS. I dare you to find ONE deadly overdose caused by Kratom...it doesnt exist. The host lumps Kratom, a 100% natural plant, in with a synthetic substance called Spice, which I have no knowledge of. Kratom is legal, just like Alcohol (which kills more people each year than crack, cocaine, and heroin COMBINED). Why not give people safer alternatives to potentially dangerous drugs like Alcohol, Cigarettes, and synthetic pain medications? A safer medicine that anyone can buy is a threat to the medical establishment. Kratom has been shown as very successful in helping people who suffer from debilitating pain, and the data thus far shows no sign of danger. You have a brain, it is your choice, not these doctors who try to take away your freedom by limiting your treatment options. This boils down to one thing... Personal Responsibility. Thank you Dr. Moran, but I can think for myself.Read full review »

I completely agree with the last review. His somber concerned tone and casting of aspersions was completely ridiculous...I will not listen again.

As a nurse I have been a listening to the podcast since 2019. I learn something new every time. The topics are vast, in depth, and so well done. The juxtaposition of science and compassion really makes your discussions meaningful. Thank you!

Episodes in Medicinal Marijuana are negative. "Old style" of critical thinking and scientific reasoning. Like a strict parent.Read full review »
