More professionalism, please.
Time is precious. And the message of body acceptance and intuitive eating need to be heard. But this is not a review of the intuitive eating ideas; but rather a review of how this particular podcast educates and engages the audience on these topics. I advise you check out other podcasts that are more professionally done. What do I mean by more "professionally done" podcasts? Podcasts where the message or point of each segment is clear, the interviewer does not interrupt her guests, filler words, such as "uhm" and "ah" are minimized, and off-topic stories are excluded. I am SO happy I found this podcast. Caroline Dooner is just amazing and funny! I laugh in every episode. She has helped me so much (through her website, podcast, ebooks, Facebook group). Highly recommend!
