“This podcast introduced me to fasting and a lot more. For the first time I felt in control of my food and body, and listening to podcasts from the start was so helpful for my questions.
Unfortunately the nutrisense ads that are apart of every episode are brutal. It’s twice an episode but there’s no clear “now, an ad”. You’ll figure it out when you think you’re going crazy listening to this pitch yet again. I want these guys to get paid for their work but there has got to be a better way.
I’ll keep listening and doing my best to skip the ads. Just hit my longest fast ever and still going.”
