Recommend you start with episode one and listen to all of the episodes. Or if you’d prefer it’s easy to find answers for particular subjects as the show notes are excellent.
Great combination of knowledge and experience second to none. These ladies have resolved their own health issues and have helped tens of thousands of others, well over a few decade of combined experience. Simply the best fasting podcast. They’ve also written a number of books that I’d also recommend.”
